My Story

I know what it feels like to be in the middle of something hard with no clear way forward. I've navigated seasons of grief, burnout, and uncertainty that left me questioning who I was and what I was made for. And I know the difference it makes to have someone in your corner — someone who sees you, believes in you, and helps you find your footing again.

With over 24 years of experience in social work, a Bachelor's of Science degree, and an ongoing Master's degree in Positive Psychology with a faith-based approach, I've had the privilege of walking alongside hundreds of people through some of life's most difficult chapters. That work shaped me deeply — and eventually led me to pursue certification as a life coach so I could offer something more intentional, more personal, and more focused on lasting transformation.

I'm also the author of Forward-Together: The Reset & Rebuild Method — an 8-week program designed to help you reclaim your identity, reset your mindset, and move forward with confidence. It's the roadmap I wish I'd had in my own hard seasons.

I founded Renewed by Grace because I believe that healing is possible, that growth is real, and that no one should have to figure out the hard seasons alone. Whether you're carrying grief, running on empty, standing at a crossroads, or wrestling with questions of faith and identity — there is a path forward, and I would be honored to help you find it.

"You don't have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to take one step."

My Approach

Coaching, Not Counseling

Life coaching is forward-focused. While we may acknowledge and process the past, our work together is primarily about helping you move toward the life you want — with clarity, courage, and practical tools.

I am not a licensed therapist. If you are in crisis or need clinical mental health support, I will always help you find the right resources. Coaching works best alongside — or after — therapy, not as a replacement for it.

What I Believe

The Values Behind the Work

Compassion First

Every person who walks through this door deserves to be met with warmth, patience, and genuine care — no judgment, no rush.

A Safe Space

Healing requires safety. I hold your story with the utmost respect and confidentiality, creating space where you can be fully honest.

Whole-Person Approach

You are more than your struggles. Coaching here honors your mind, heart, spirit, and story — all of it matters.

Faith-Informed

While coaching is open to everyone, my approach is rooted in the belief that you are deeply loved and made for more than you can currently see.
